Last week I had the pleasure of coaching the local Girl Scout Troop after school as they earned their service projects badges.  We made fleece pet blankets for Reigning Cats & Dogs - our local homeless pet club.  Mrs. Dickey informed me that the blankies went with the puppies headed north with Road Trip Home.

Here are a few pictures from the fun.  Three of the girls had never used a sewing machine prior to our session.  I think they did an excellent job!
